Fun in the rain

The boys had a ball playing in all the rain we had last weekend.

We had record amounts (luckily we didn't flood like other areas) and

they were tired of being cooped up inside all weekend.

Elwood Children's Garden

White Sox Game

We took the kids and grandma to the White Sox game. They got a few autographs before the game. The Sox ended up losing- although Timmy was happy they lost!! (Mr. Cubs fan). The weather was perfect and it was a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Paw Paw Lake

Frank and Monica invited us to their beautiful home in Michigan for Labor Day weekend. The kids had an absolute ball playing on the lake all weekend with their cousins. It's hard to believe that summer is about done for this year. It couldn't have been a nicer weekend.
